The company expects to report second quarter EPS of $1.13 to $1.17 and between $4.47 and $4.57 for the full year. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $1.17 and $4.51.
O'Reilly Automotive gapped up sharply Thursday, but traded in a range for the bulk of the session. Shares finished higher by 6.02 at $102.64, with volume at an 8-month high. The stock broke out of a week and a half long range and set a new high for the year.
