A gauge of consumer confidence in the united Kingdom was unchanged in April.
Polling firm GfK reported Friday that its Consumer Confidence Index posted a reading of minus-31 in April, unchanged from March.
The April reading matched the forecasts of most economists.
Respondents' views on their personal finances for the coming year deteriorated to an index reading of minus-13 from minus-10 in March.
Their outlook for the general economy for the coming year fell three points to minus-33.
