After moving sideways at the beginning of Friday's Asian deals, the yen edged lower across the board in course of the session. The yen is presently trading at 81.20 against the dollar, 131.40 versus the pound, 89.26 against the Swiss franc, 107.25 against the euro, 84.25 against the Australian dollar, 66.10 against the NZ dollar and 82.45 against the Canadian dollar.
