Chesapeake Midstream Partners Ups Distribution

Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. (CHKM) said Friday that the Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.405 per limited partner unit for the 2012 first quarter.

The first quarter distribution represents an increase of $0.055, or 15.7%, compared to the 2011 first quarter and represents an increase of $0.015, or 3.8%, compared to the 2011 fourth quarter.

The distribution will be payable on May 15 to all unitholders of record on May 8, together with the distribution to the general partner.

Retailers could see record web traffic this year as more consumers then ever before plan to shop online, according to Deloitte's 31st annual holiday survey of consumer spending intentions and trends. The survey found that holiday shoppers this year plan to spend just as much as online as they spend in brick and mortar stores. (MA) reported a profit for the third quarter of 2016 that increased about 21 percent from the year-ago period, while it was up 15% excluding a special item related to the termination of the U.S. employee pension plan taken in last year's third quarter. Both earnings per share and revenue for the quarter beat analysts' expectations.
