Sarah Michelle Gellar has announced that she is pregnant with her second child with husband Freddie Prinze Jr.
"She and Freddie are thrilled," a friend of the pair says. "They're amazing parents."
The couple, who are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, already have one daughter, Charlotte Grace, who was born in September 2009.
While Gellar is busy starring in "The Ringer," Freddie is at home playing the role of stay-at-home dad.
"He loves it. We fight over who gets to stay home," said Gellar. "You'd think it would be the opposite, that the parents would be like, 'No, I'll go to work!' but he's like, 'You stayed home for two years! It's my turn!'"
No details have been released on the gender or the exact delivery date of the baby.
