The Manhattan house that was featured on "Sex And The City" and inhabited by Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie Bradshaw has sold for $9.85 million.
An unnamed buyer decided to buy the classic brownstone property at 64 Perry Street in the West Village, according to the Guardian. The home had originally been placed for sale at the price of $9.65 million in March.
There is a "Sex And The City" prequel that is in the works, which will feature Carrie Bradshaw in the 1980s, before she becomes successful and moves to New York City. A young Bradshaw will be played by Annasophia Robb and the series is being created by "Gossip Girl's" Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Savage, Len Goldstein and original author, Candace Bushnell.
