Myers Industries's Nominees For Board Of Directors Elected

Myers Industries Inc. (MYE: Quote) announced that its shareholders re-elected Vincent Byrd, Sarah Coffin, John Crowe, William Foley, Robert Heisler Jr., Richard Johnston, Edward Kissel, John Orr and Robert Stefanko to the Company's Board of Directors.

The company said that its Shareholders also ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2012, and approved the Company's executive compensation program.
