Beyoncé Shrugs Off Fake Pregnancy Rumor

Beyoncé has fired back at rumors that she faked the pregnancy of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter. Speaking with People.com, Bey noted that she didn't take the gossip personally and that it was nonsense.

"That was crazy. It wasn't hurtful, it was just crazy. [I thought] 'Where did they come up with this?'" she told the site.

Blue was born on January 7 and her grandmother, Tina Knowles, was not so quick to move past the rumor:

"I thought it was very unfair and very cruel that someone would think that someone would be that diabolical to keep up a charade like that for nine months," she added. "As a mother it was painful for me to hear the crazy rumors. And I even had people ask me, which was so ridiculous."
