U.K. music manager Louis Walsh has confirmed that he will once again return to the judges chair for the U.K. edition of "X Factor." Walsh is the only judge to have stayed with the show since its launch in 2004 and both Walsh and founder Simon Cowell say they're thrilled with the decision.
"Yep I'm back! It's my ninth year on the show and as the only remaining original judge I'm delighted to take my seat once more on the judging panel," Walsh said in a statement.
Simon Cowell added: "The show wouldn't be the same without Louis, I am really happy he is coming back. I hope he has an opportunity this year to show what an astute manager he is."
Other judges confirmed for the lineup include Take That member Gary Barlow, and Dannii Minogue. Last year's star judge Kelly Rowland announced this week that she will not return.
