K12 Q3 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

K12, Inc. (LRN: Quote) reported net income to common and Series A stockholders of $7 million or $0.18 per share for third quarter versus $5.6 million or $0.16 per share last year.

Revenues for the quarter improved to $178.18 million from $130.29 million in the comparable quarter a year ago.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.21 per share on revenues of $166.03 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
