An unidentified masseur is suing John Travolta for $2 million, claiming that the actor rubbed his leg, touched his genitals and attempted to initiate a sex act at the Beverly Hills Hotel on January 16.
"On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast," Travolta's rep said in a statement.
"John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and plaintiff for malicious prosecution," the statement added.
A lawyer for the unidentified masseur says that his identity has not been released yet because he fears public ridicule.
"I wanted to make sure we had as much detail as possible. The more detail I have the more accurate I think the claims are," the lawyer told MSNBC.
