Matthew Fox, formerly of ABC's hit program "Lost," was arrested in Oregon for drunk driving and later charged with a DUI.
Officials say they stopped the 45-year-old after he failed to properly signal a lane change and had difficulty remaining within one lane consistently.
The arresting officer determined that Fox was under the influence after stopping and speaking with him. TMZ reported that there was another person in the car with Fox and that he was on his way to get a late night snack.
Fox was released later the same day and now has a scheduled court appearance for June 17.
There was no mug shot available for release because the camera at the police station was broken at the time of Fox's admittance. Fox lives in Bend, Oregon with his family.
