Mila Kunis saved the life of a 50-year-old man who collapsed at her L.A. home over the weekend. The man, whose name has not been released, collapsed to the floor after suffering a seizure; subsequently, after biting through his tongue, he began coughing up blood and vomiting.

TMZ reports that the actress grabbed his head and turned it to the side to prevent him from choking on his own blood and vomit; meanwhile, Kunis' friend dialed 911 to alert medical professionals.

Paramedics made it to the scene, stabilized the man and took him to the hospital where he made a satisfactory recovery.

TMZ also reported that Mila offered to ride in the ambulance with the man to the hospital, but that her presence was not needed.
