Parametric Technology Says Donald Grierson To Assume Chairman Role

Parametric Technology Corp. (PMTC) said Tuesday that its Lead Independent Director, Donald Grierson, will assume the role of Chairman effective June 30, following the retirement of the company's Executive Chairman C. Richard Harrison.

Harrison has served as the company's Executive Chairman since 2010. He served as the company's CEO from 2000 to 2010. Before his appointment as CEO, Harrison spent six years as the company's president and chief operating officer.
