Kellie Pickler got the chance to soar with the Blue Angels last Wednesday at the Smyrna Airport just south of Nashville.
The country songstress bravely climbed into a United States Navy F/A-18 Hornet jet with Blue Angel #7 Pilot, Lt. Mark Tedrow, and he took her from the ground to 2,000 feet in just four seconds.
After the ride in the jet, Pickler took to her Twitter account to tweet about her experience: "I just landed! It was INCREDIBLE!!! Biggest adrenaline rush EVER!!" Soon after that she added: THANK YOU @BlueAngels for the fastest most badass ride of my life!!!! Let's fly again soon!!!"
After flying through the air, Lt. Tedrow presented Pickler with a personalized lithograph to commemorate her flight.
The country star will be touring this summer, with her next show coming on June 4 in Mescalero, NM.
