Interserve Plc (IRV.L), in its interim management statement for the period from 1 January 2012 to date, said the trading for the period was in line with the board's view. Also, the company continues to anticipate stable trading in 2012, despite the continued global economic uncertainty.
The company's medium-term growth strategy remains focussed on building strong core businesses; expanding internationally; and broadening further the scope of its core businesses. David Paterson is to retire from the board on April 30, 2013 and in the meantime would continue in his current role.
