Social networking giant Facebook Inc. is boosting its initial public offering size to 421.23 million shares from 337.4 million shares. The company said in a filing that its selling stockholders currently intend to offer 241.23 million Class A common shares compared with its earlier 157.41 million Class A shares.
Based on the outstanding number of shares as of March 31, 2012, and after the initial public offering, Facebook would have outstanding 635.88 million Class A shares and 1.50 billion Class B shares.
