Northrop Grumman Corp.'s (NOC) has boosted its quarterly dividend by 10% to $0.55 per share, payable on June 13, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 28, 2012.
The company said this is the ninth consecutive annual increase in its quarterly dividend.
