Lady Gaga's production company, Big Daddy, is fighting to allow her June 3 Indonesian concert to happen. Security officials in the country disallowed the concert, citing Gaga's lyrical content and tawdry stage show as reasons for their decision.

"Little monsters, be patient please. We will keep you updated. We are still fighting," the concert producers tweeted.

A national police spokesman previously said in a conference call with Western media that the security concerns were too great to grant the permit.

"She's a vulgar singer who wears only panties and a bra when she sings and she stated she is the envoy of the devil's child and that she will spread satanic teaching," said Salim Alatas, the Jakarta head of the hardline Islamic Defender Front (FPI), according to CNBC.
