Donald Trump has named Arsenio Hall the winner of this season's "Celebrity Apprentice." Hall squared off for the final spot on the show with "American Idol" alum Clay Aiken and Trump said it was a difficult decision.
Speaking with the finalists The Donald said they both "should be very, very proud" adding that they did an "amazing job" and he's "never been so torn."
In their final challenge Arsenio and Clay were tasked with throwing a fundraiser for their charity of choice. Clay edged out Arsenio in the final task, bringing in over $300,000 for the National Inclusion Project.
Aiken, who lost "Idol" to Ruben Studdard in 2003, noted that he was intent on winning the show, saying: "I've been a runner-up before. I'm going to make sure it doesn't happen again."
Hall was, equally intent on winning, however, adding: "I really want to be the Celebrity Apprentice."
