Moving past previous sessions' consolidation, the New Zealand dollar gained ground against its major counterparts on Monday morning in New York.
The kiwi is presently trading at 60.38 against the yen and 0.7607 against the greenback, up from previous lows of 59.70 and 0.7544, respectively hit in early Monday Asian deals.
The NZ dollar also rose to 1.2967 against the Australian dollar and 1.6786 against the euro, up from previous lows of 1.3022 and 1.6912, respectively.
