Keri Hilson spent her Sunday (May 20) afternoon strolling around New York City's Central Park in support of the 27th Annual AIDS Walk.
She was joined by fellow celebrities Nick Jonas, Adrienne Bailon and Wendy Williams as well as 50,000 other public health minded individuals.
"It's cool to have friends join in support HIV/AIDS research & prevention!" tweeted Miss Keri.
The purpose of the 10km walkathon is to "take steps" towards bringing awareness and to raise money for the Staying Alive Foundation.
Hilson, who is an ambassador for the organization, elaborated on her experiences in that official capacity while speaking with MTV News:
"I've met such amazing young people in their inspirational mission to break taboos, foster tolerance, and spread the message of HIV protection in their local communities."
