Novavax Inc. (NVAX) Monday said it sold 10 million common shares to RA Capital Healthcare Fund LP at $1.22 per share, for total proceeds of $12.1 million.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, product development and capital expenditures.
