Medallion Financial Closes Offering Of 3.5 Mln Shares

Medallion Financial Corp. (TAXI: Quote) Monday said it closed offering of 3.5 million shares at $10.72 per share, raising about $35.4 million.

The company intends to use the proceeds to make loans and other investments in portfolio companies and for general corporate purposes.
