US Ecology To Acquire Dynecol

US Ecology Inc. (ECOL: Quote) has agreed to acquire Dynecol Inc, a subsidiary of PVS Chemicals, for $11.25 million. Dynecol owns and operates a permitted Treatment, Storage and Disposal facility located in Detroit, Michigan.

US Ecology will fund the acquisition using borrowings from its existing credit agreement. The closing of the acquisition is expected to be completed before June 1, 2012. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to 2012 earnings after transaction costs are excluded and accretive thereafter.

The report said durable goods orders surged up by 3.3 percent in April after tumbling by a revised 5.9 percent in March.

Mailbox Now Comes To IPad

The popular e-mail management app Mailbox, developed by Orchestra Inc., has been updated to be compatible with Apple's iPad. Orchestra disclosed the news of the update through its official blog. "You asked, we listened. Mailbox is now available for iPad, so you can swipe your way to inbox zero on all your iOS devices," Orchestra's brief blog read.
