During Asian trading on Tuesday, the Canadian dollar strengthened against the U.S. and Japanese counterparts.
The loonie is now trading at 4-day highs of 1.0163 against the greenback and 78.16 against the yen, compared to yesterday's close of 1.0177 and 77.97, respectively. If the loonie climbs further, it may target 1.01 against the greenback and 78.5 against the yen.
