NetApp Inc. (NTAP: Quote) reported fourth quarter non-GAAP net income of $0.66 per share after the bell Wednesday, compared to $0.59 per share in the previous year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.63. First quarter non-GAAP EPS is expected to be between $0.34 and $0.39, compared to the consensus estimate of $0.59.
NetApp has gapped open sharply lower Thursday morning and is now down 4.15 at $28.70 on above average volume. The stock has been falling since early April and has set a new low for the year.
