Monro Muffler Brake (MNRO: Quote) reported fourth quarter net income of $0.33 per share Thursday morning, up from $0.26 per share last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.35. The company expects to report first quarter EPS of $0.35 to $0.40 and between $1.65 and $1.85 for the full year 2013.
Monro Muffler Brake gapped open sharply lower Thursday, but traded in a range throughout the session. The stock closed down by 3.13 at $33.87 on the highest volume of the year. Monro has been pulling back from the highs of the year for the last 3 months and set a 7-month low.
