Italy's hourly wages increased 0.3 percent month-on-month in April, the statistical office Istat reported Friday. The rate of growth improved after staying flat in March.
On a yearly basis, hourly wages climbed at a faster pace of 1.4 percent in April after expanding 1.2 percent in March. March's increase was the slowest since January 2010.
During January to April, hourly wages climbed 1.4 percent from the corresponding period of last year.
