Usher reportedly broke down in tears in the court room during a recent hearing in his custody battle with ex-wife Tameka Foster. Foster's attorney presented photos of Ush partying in Europe and suggested he prefers hitting the club to spending time with his kids.
The court appearance occurred in Atlanta on Monday and the singer was reportedly so shocked by the images that he tried to blurt out an explanation to the court room. The judge allegedly had to remind the singer to let his lawyers do the talking.
Ush also said that Foster has acted violently towards him and his currently girlfriend saying:
"She wanted to fight . . . (She said), 'I'm gonna kick your a**. B***h get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house? She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the (car) door open, tried to swing at her (girlfriend)."
