Insignia Systems Inc. (ISIG) Friday named Glen Dall as its president. Dall has been the company's executive vice president and chief operating officer since March 2012.
Additionally, the company said that Donald Kramer, who has been serving as the Board's chairman since 2004, is retiring. Kramer will remain active as a member of the Board.
Kramer is replaced by Scott Drill, who will also continue to serve as chief executive officer, the company said.
Insignia Systems Inc. is a developer and marketer of in-store advertising products, programs and services.
