PanTerra Resource Elects New Board - Quick Facts

PanTerra Resource Corp. (PRC.V) announced that Gordon Dixon, Jake Pronk , Glenn Robinson, Fred Rumak, David Thompson and Geoffrey Baker have been elected to the Company's Board of Directors.

Greg Ziegler, who was also elected to the Board, has since decided to resign to pursue other interests. The company's Corporate Secretary is Douglas T. McCartney LLB.
