Justin Bieber is under investigation for an alleged battery. The superstar is accused of attacking a cameraman who was taking pictures of the singer and girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Over the weekend, Bieber and Gomez were out on a date at a mall near the singer's home, when he confronted the paparazzo. After the incident, the photographer called 911. Bieber and Gomez had left the scene by the time police arrived.
The photographer reportedly complained of a pain in his torso. He says he wants to press charges and police are looking into the incident.
