Natuzzi S.p.A. (NTZ: Quote) reported a net loss for the first quarter of €8.4 million or €0.15 per share, compared to a net loss of €3.0 million or €0.05 per share for the year-ago quarter.
Operating loss for the quarter widened to €7.4 million from €2.5 million a year earlier.
Net sales for the first quarter fell 8.8% to €110.4 million from €121.0 million in the prior year quarter.
