Interline Brands Inc. (IBI) announced Tuesday morning that it agreed to be acquired by affiliates of GS Capital Partners LP and P2 Capital Partners LLC for $25.50 per share in cash.
Interline Brands has gapped open dramatically higher this morning and is now up 7.23 at $25.17 on the highest volume of the year. The stock has jumped to a new high for the year.
