During New York mid-day trailing on Tuesday, the US dollar traded further higher against most major European currencies. As of now, the greenback is trading near more than a 1-year high of 0.9630 against the Swiss franc, a fresh multi-month high of 1.5616 versus the British pound and nearly a 2-year high of 1.2472 against the euro from early European session's lows of 0.9561, 1.5719 and 1.2576, respectively.
