Joe Walsh will headline a CMT Crossroads episode featuring country stars Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan, Sara Evans and Hunter Hayes.
Walsh is releasing his first solo album in 20 years, titled Analog Man, and the Crossroads episode will feature songs from the new album, plus classics from the Walsh catalog. "It's an honor and a privilege to be onboard for a CMT Crossroads episode," Walsh told CMT. "I've handpicked some old friends and some new friends, and we're going to make sure it's a special evening."
Walsh, who is also a member of the Eagles, is no stranger to country music.
"Nothing beats country music with a little rock 'n' roll sprinkled on top. We're going to mix up a batch and see what happens. I got a real good feeling about it. Nashville, here we come!"
The CMT Crossroads: Joe Walsh and Friends episode will premiere June 23 at 11 p.m. ET/PT on CMT.
