Kelly Rowland was presented with the TV Personality of the Year award in London at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards 2012. Rowland was honored for her role on the U.K. TV series X-Factor.
"Thank you to the GREAT BRITISH PUBLIC and Glamour readers for my award. I was so shy and shocked to receive this! I love you!" tweeted Kelly.
Now that her role on X-Factor is over, the former Destiny's Child diva is working on a new album with Sean Garrett, T-Minus, and Rico Love, among others. Former bandmate Beyoncé is also in the midst of re-launching her music career after giving birth to her first child, Blue Ivy. Rowland was on hand to see her friend perform twice in Atlantic City after she got back from London.
"I watched her show two nights in a row. She was incredible!" she told Showbiz 411. Beyoncé also thanked Kelly on stage for taking care of Blue Ivy while she was on stage.
