Kenny Chesney will appear on a new episode of CMT Crossroads featuring Eagles member and country-rock great Joe Walsh.
CMT Crossroads: Joe Walsh and Friends will feature other country stars such as Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan, Sara Evans and Hunter Hayes. The collection of country talent will help perform songs from Walsh's new solo album, Analog Man, plus songs from Walsh's 1970s days.
"It's an honor and a privilege to be onboard for a CMT Crossroads episode," Walsh told CMT. "I've handpicked some old friends and some new friends, and we're going to make sure it's a special evening."
Walsh, who is also a member of The Eagles, is no stranger to country music.
"Nothing beats country music with a little rock 'n' roll sprinkled on top," he said. "We're going to mix up a batch and see what happens. I got a real good feeling about it. Nashville, here we come!"
The CMT Crossroads: Joe Walsh and Friends episode will premier June 23 at 11 p.m. ET/PT on CMT.
