iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. (ISD.V: Quote), a provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America and Snipp Interactive Inc. (SPN.V) announced that they have signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with sales agreements to follow.
As per the terms of the LOI, both companies will have the opportunity to promote and sell each other's products and services to their existing and potential customers, earning referral fees from introductions that result in signed contracts and revenues.
