Versar, Inc. (VSR), a professional services firm, said Thursday that it has completed the acquisition of Charron Construction Consulting, Inc.
Charron Construction is a national construction project management firm headquartered in Dulles, Virginia. It has been providing construction management services since 1992.
Versar noted that Charron is expected to be accretive to earnings in one year and is expected to generate annualized gross revenue of over $4.5 million.
