Taylor Capital Group Board Members Re-elected In Annual Stockholders Meet

Taylor Capital Group, Inc. (TAYC: Quote), the parent company of Cole Taylor Bank, said Thursday that the company's stockholders re-elected all of the members of its Board of Directors in the annual stockholders meet held on May 31. Bruce Taylor, Mark Hoppe, Harrison Steans, Ronald Bliwas, Bryan Daniels, Ronald Emanuel, Hill Hammock, Elzie Higginbottom, Michael Moskow, Louise O'Sullivan, Melvin Pearl, Shepherd Pryor, IV, Jennifer Steans, Jeffrey Taylor and Richard Tinberg were the re-elected directors.

They will hold office until the 2013 annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors are elected and qualified.
