Heather Bormann, the bus driver whom "Lost" actor Matthew Fox allegedly attacked, has dropped her suit against him.
In fact, according to Entertainment Weekly, Borman's attorney dropped the suit last month, after, he said, his client "intentionally failed and refused to provide full and timely cooperation and information."
Borman claimed that Fox struck her in the chest and groin in August 2011 after she denied him entry to a party bus she was driving and which Fox had no business boarding.
The news of the dropped lawsuit may have come at a fortuitous time for Fox, who was earlier this week accused of violence against women by former "Lost" co-star Dominic Monaghan (Charlie).
Monaghan made the claim via Twitter during a fan chat. When one fan asked him if he would convince Fox to join Twitter, Monahan responded, "He beats women. No thanks."
