North Central Bancshares Expects To Close Merger With 150 Inc. On June 22

North Central Bancshares, Inc. (FFFD: Quote) said Friday that it expects to close on its merger with 150, Inc. on June 22 or as soon as practicable thereafter, subject to satisfaction or waiver of all remaining closing conditions under the merger agreement.

North Central Bancshares had entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Great Western Bancorporation Inc. and 150 Inc., under which 150 will merge with and into North Central.

Existing home sales in the U.S. saw a modest increase in the month of April, according to a report released by the National Association of Realtors on Wednesday. NAR said existing home sales climbed 0.6 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.97 million in April from an upwardly revised 4.94 million in March.
