Rome, frontman for Sublime with Rome, is releasing his debut EP, Dedication in digital formats on June 12. The lead, titular track, produced by Jeff Bhasker (Kanye West, Jay-Z), hits radio on June 5.
"I've been working on my solo material for almost a year now and I'm so excited to share some of the songs. This EP is a taste of my forthcoming album, and just a huge step for me creatively. I can't wait for everyone to hear it," Rome said in a statement.
The LP includes songs produced and co-written by such studio names as Benny Blanco, Dave Bassett, Robopop and the Futuristics. Rome's full length debut is expected later in 2012.
Sublime with Rome hits the road this summer, beginning on June 1 at Oklahoma City's OK Zoo Amphitheatre.
