Craig Morgan is headlining the July 4 Nashville celebration Let Freedom Sing! at Riverfront park in the city's downtown district.
Morgan will be joined by the Mavericks, Sarah Darling and the Nashville Symphony Orchestra for the event. After the performers finish, a firework display will light up the sky above the Cumberland River.
In addition to the music and explosions, there is the Family Fun Zone and pre-show entertainment, which starts at 12 pm (the full concert begins at 6:45).
The event's website elaborates on the details of fun to be had by families:
"Replenish the entire family with free water fountains and misting stations. Satisfy your appetite with cool snacks and hot food along 2nd Avenue. Each day you can visit our partner exhibits offering interactive displays, free samples, games and more!"
The annual event attracts more than 100,000 spectators each year, boasts the Tennessean.
