Scout Willis, daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, was reportedly arrested for underage drinking earlier this week. The 20-year-old, who is a student at Brown University, was charged with two misdemeanors after she was found drinking a beer in New York's Union Square on Monday.
According to people.com, Willis was approached by police for carrying an open alcohol container and then gave authorities a fake I.D. She was briefly detained and released without bail on Tuesday. She is reportedly set to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court next month.
Willis was allegedly in New York City for a concert with her band when she was found drinking in public. She apparently turned over an I.D. with the name Katherine Kelly before giving the police her real license.
"My name is Scout Willis," she reportedly told the cops. "The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly."
