During New York afternoon deals on Thursday, the Canadian dollar edged down against most major rivals. The loonie is presently trading near 1.0276 against the US dollar, 1.2927 versus the euro and 77.55 against the yen from earlier multi-day highs of 1.0212, 1.2858 and 78.10, respectively.
