RF Industries, Ltd. (RFIL) said Thursday that it expects to report second-quarter net income of $0.6 million or $0.08 per share, up from $0.4 million or $0.06 per share in the year-ago comparable quarter.
Net sales for the quarter rose 52 percent to $6.7 million from $4.4 million a year ago, reflecting additional sales from Cables Unlimited, Inc.
The Board of Directors of the company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable July 16 to shareholders of record on June 30.
