Amid the releases of U.K. producer prices for May and BoE/GfK inflation expectations survey results at 4.30 am ET Friday, the pound showed mixed performance against its major counterparts. While the pound declined further against the yen and the greenback, it changed little against the euro and the franc.
The pound is now trading at 1.5408 against the greenback, 121.95 against the yen, 0.8089 against the euro and 1.4856 against the franc.
